Program Communication

Diners Club recognizes that traveler support is vital to the success of your organization's travel management program. Depending upon the size of your company and nature of your program, your communication needs will vary. However, you will need to create an effective communication plan that supplies information both internally to Meeting Planners, regular meeting attendees and critical departments, and externally to entities that should be aware of your new Diners Club GES program, such as travel agencies and key vendors.

Traveler Communication
There are many aspects of traveler communication that are best handled - and sometimes can only be handled - through your organization. Two popular communication methods are:

Organizational Announcement Letters
Intranet Travel Sites In addition to your internal communications, Diners Club will provide your travelers with mailings during the enrollment process, providing new GES Cardmembers with all the information they will normally need to utilize their Cards.

Travel Agency Communication
