Regardless of the GES Card Application process your organization chooses to use, you can expect the following steps to occur one your Cardmembers' applications have been received.
- Within 7-10 days, your GES Cardmembers will receive their Cards, at the billing address you have provided, unless you have previously chosen with your Diners Club Representative that you wish to distribute them internally. They will also receive Cardmember terms and conditions, and activation instructions.
For security purposes, the Card will remain inactive until the Cardmember follows the instructions.
- The GES Cardmember will place a toll-free phone call to Diners Club to activate the Card.
They will be given a quick overview of the Diners Club program, and if you choose to allow it, an opportunity
to learn about and enroll in the Club Rewards program, and to apply for a no-fee Diners Club Personal Card.
- Upon activation, your GES Cardmembers are free to use their Cards.
