Group Event System
Your organization may also choose to supplement its MNCC program in the United States with the Group Event System (GES), an effective Card-based payment program that your organization can use to gain tighter control over T&E spending associated with group events. Your organization's Meeting Planners are issued a GES Card or Cards with which they can use to pay for the many charges related to seminars, meetings, trade shows, and other group events-air travel, car or van rental, lodging, meals, catering, banquet hall use and more.
