Centrally Billed Account Reconciliation

If any of your organization's Diners Club Accounts are centrally billed, your organization is responsible for reconciling those Account's monthly Statements and making payment. To ensure that you pay Diners Club the proper amount, you should conduct a thorough reconciliation each month.

It's important that the reconciliation is accurate and complete, but also vital that your organization's T+E management efforts aren't bogged down by what can become a time consuming process. With other charge card providers, the true purpose of this critical financial process - decision-making and financial control - is all too often obscured by the paperwork necessary to accomplish it.

Reengineering Reconciliation
Diners Club is different. We've designed our central billing programs to incorporate clear and efficient reconciliation processes that shift a good portion of the administration to Diners Club.

We make it our job - not yours - to investigate, track, and resolve disputes that you identify. When you work with us, you'll find we offer a wealth of reconciliation expertise, as well as the systems, tools, and procedures to transform your reconciliation process from a chore to an efficient task.

Explore these links to find out more about how you can get the best return from your reconciliation process, with the least investment of your organization's time and money.
