Club Rewards® Once your organization authorizes participation in Club Rewards, Diners Club will send your Corporate Cardmembers ongoing communications encouraging enrollment in the program. Enrollment is quick and easy. Corporate Cardmembers can join by doing any of the following: Completing an enrollment form included in their Membership Sourcebook sent shortly after Card issuance Completing an Online Form that they can link to from your Intranet site Calling Club Rewards Customer Service at 800-234-4034 At the time of enrollment, a membership fee (currently $75) will be charged to the Corporate Cardmember's Account. This fee will be billed annually, for as long as the Corporate Cardmember participates in the program. Cardmembers can discontinue participation at the time of fee renewal by calling Club Rewards Customer Service. Membership fees cannot be refunded. For an individually billed Diners Club program, the Corporate Cardmember is responsible for paying for participation in this optional program. If your organization wishes to encourage participation, you may authorize reimbursement for all or part of the membership fee, or arrange for the central billing of the fees in aggregate to your organization. For a centrally billed Diners Club program, your organization is responsible for payment of the membership fees in aggregate. Eligibility for Free Personal Card Corporate Cardmembers that enroll in Club Rewards are eligible to apply for a free personal Diners Club Card, that they can use to pay for personal expenses, and earn additional Club Rewards points.
