Emergency Cash

If a Cardmember's Card is lost or stolen, or if cash is urgently needed for any reason, Diners Club can provide Emergency Cash. Corporate Cardmembers in need simply contact Diners Club to have cash billed to the Diners Club Corporate Card and wired to any of more than 18,000 Western Union locations. If a Cardmember needs additional help, Diners Club can also aid in quickly replacing their credit cards, wallets, and legal travel documents, as well as assisting with other emergency-related needs.

How Emergency Cash Works
To arrange for Emergency Cash, Corporate Cardmembers can call Diners Club toll-free at 1-800-DINERS-911 (1-800-346-3779). Outside the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, Corporate Cardmembers can call Diners Club collect, at 702-797-5532.

Billing and Payment
Emergency Cash is billed to the Cardmember's Diners Club Card, enabling your organization to capture, track, and report on this type of T&E-related expenditure using Diners Club MIS tools. A non-refundable service charge of 4.5 percent will be applied to all Emergency Cash transactions, and Club RewardsŪ points do not apply.
