MIS Reporting
For companies that prefer less detailed reporting, have fewer than 200 Corporate Cardmembers, or need special insight into Account Delinquency, Diners Club can provide comprehensive MIS Reports, which provide up-to-date information on your organization's transaction patterns and volumes. Most reports allow you to select from a number of sorting options, to highlight the transaction information that is most critical to your organization. Reports can be provided to your organization in a variety of media. Most reports are available monthly, and annual summary reports are completed at the end of each calendar year.

Automatic Enrollment
Diners Club can help you simplify and expedite your CCS implementation process and ongoing Card issuance through an automated, paperless solution - Diners Club Automatic Enrollment. Your organization provides Diners Club with a simple data file with the names of the employees you have selected to receive Cards. We automatically issue Corporate Cards to these employees, and they become Diners Club Corporate Cardmembers. This eliminates the need to complete paper applications and route them through a time-consuming approval process, and saves you the effort of forwarding stacks of paper to Diners Club.

Cardmember Liability
If you choose, you can protect your organization from the financial and administrative responsibility for fraud or delinquency by implementing a program with individual Corporate Cardmember liability on the Corporate Card. This option improves your financial control.

Cash Flow Optimization

Online Statements
Diners Club Online Statements enables Diners Club corporate customers and their US Corporate Cardmembers to view individual or central billed Account Statements online, at any time of day, from anywhere in the world with internet access. Site users will be able to check Account activity on a daily basis to monitor spending, download charge records and inquire about and dispute charges online.

Corporate Travel Managers will be able to view Accounts for the Corporate Travel System (CTS) and central billed (or central billed portion of strip bill) Corporate Card System (CCS) and Group Event System (GES) Statements online. Corporate Cardmembers may view their individually billed or combination billed (strip billed) Statements. At this time, centrally billed Corporate Cardmembers may not access Online Statements, but access should be available in the near future.
