Card Cancellation If one or more of your Corporate Cardmembers no longer needs the Diners Club Card, or are no longer employed by your organization, you should immediately:
Diners Club strongly recommends that you establish an internal policy to verify that a Diners Club Representative is notified in the event of employee terminations. Taking such steps to assign responsibility for this task will minimize credit losses and potential liability to your organization for charges that Cardmembers might incur after departing your organization. |
