Calling Cards Made Easy

Managing your organization's out-of-office long distance expenses is much easier with the AT&T Corporate Edge program. This program integrates Calling Card billing with your Diners Club Corporate Card program, creating a single expense and reimbursement process for all T&E charges.

All travel-related long-distance costs are included in your Diners Club reports and Corporate Cardmember Statements. By combining an AT&T Calling Card program with your Diners Club program, you can cut the number of Statements you and your Corporate Cardmembers receive in half, and maximize the efficiency of your off-site telecommunications and general T&E expense control.

The Old Way
Long-distance calls from the road, and other off-site telecommunications, are a significant component of business travel. Yet most calling cards provide little assistance in integrating these expenses with the rest of your T&E expense control program. The result: more paperwork, more processing, more cost.

The Diners Club/AT&T Corporate Edge Way
By working together, Diners Club and AT&T provide an advanced solution that fully integrates Calling Card expenses into your organization's overall T&E expense-management program.

AT&T Corporate Edge links billing for each traveler's AT&T Corporate Calling Card charges to the Diners Club Corporate Card. A summary of the month's Calling Card expenses is provided as a single line entry on the Cardmember's Diners Club monthly billing statement, with call detail included on a separate page of the statement.

One bill. One payment. One reimbursement. That's less hassle and less cost for you and your travelers. Plus, this integrated product gives you Diners Club liability coverage for your long-distance T&E expenses, a benefit not always offered by other calling cards.

AT&T Corporate Edge enables your organization to combine the convenience and benefits of the Diners Club Corporate Card with the cost savings of an AT&T Calling Card. And the streamlined reporting and billing process simplifies expense reimbursement and A/P processing with one payment process and vehicle.

Features for your Organization

Integration
AT&T Corporate Edge billing easily integrates Calling Card expenses with the rest of your organization's Diners Club expenses on a single statement, and enables unified reporting through Global Vision or paper reports, for more accurate and complete T&E expense analysis and improved expense control.

Calling Plans
AT&T can provide you with a variety of calling plans, including international calling, special discounts, and other features.

Liability Protection
Receive Diners Club liability protection on long-distance charges made by Cardmembers (liability is determined by the Diners Club Cardmember Account Agreement).

Operator Service
24-hour access to the AT&T network allows you to avoid paying higher prices charged by some alternative operator service companies.

Detailed Reporting
For centrally billed Diners Club Accounts, a consolidated Call Detail Record can be provided to your organization, including individual Cardmember expenses. Both Diners Club and AT&T provide management reports to help manage and track AT&T Calling Card use.

Features for Your Cardmembers

Simple Reimbursement
Travelers receive an AT&T Calling Card, which may be used exclusively for business use, eliminating the need to identify reimbursable "business" calls on personal long distance bills.

Simpler Billing
Your AT&T Corporate Edge program can literally cut the number of bills received in half. The Diners Club Statement will itemize all AT&T Calling Card charges, and include them in the "Total Due". For individually billed Diners Club accounts, an AT&T summary-charge line item for AT&T Corporate Calling Card charges is included in each Cardmember's Diners Club billing statement. An AT&T Call Detail Record is also included with the Diners Club billing statement.

Operator Service 24-hour access to the AT&T network gives travelers excellent operator service and the promise of a clear, unbroken connection.

Implementing AT&T Corporate Edge
If you're interested in exploring this program, your Diners Club Representative can discuss its benefits with you, and help you work with AT&T to learn more. If you decide to initiate the program, Diners Club and AT&T will work closely with your organization to implement it. For a broad outline of the process we'll follow, scroll down.

Current AT&T Calling Card Customers
If your organization currently uses AT&T Calling Cards, there is no need to issue new Calling Cards or Diners Club Corporate Cards.

Simply provide your Diners Club Representative with the name of your AT&T account representative, and verify which travelers will have their Diners Club Cards linked to AT&T Corporate Calling Cards. AT&T and Diners Club will create a verification report of the AT&T cards that will to be linked to Diners Club Cards, and aid you in comparing the report against your traveler list.

AT&T will provide an approval letter that you will sign to link the accounts. Once signed, Cardmembers will be notified by Diners Club and AT&T that all future AT&T charges will appear on the monthly Diners Club Statement. For individually billed
Diners Club Corporate Card accounts, employees may receive a final bill requiring payment from AT&T for charges incurred before the accounts were linked.

New AT&T Calling Card Users
If your organization does not currently use AT&T Calling Cards, your Diners
Club Representative can tell you more about the program, and put you in touch with an AT&T sales representative.

Your assigned AT&T sales representative then will work with you to determine the calling plan that is most beneficial to your organization. Once you have made your decision, you will work with Diners Club to select the Cardmembers you wish to enroll, and with AT&T to set up the program's structure.

Once you are satisfied with the membership and structure and your program, you give final approval to initiate the program. Diners Club and AT&T will then notify Cardmembers that AT&T Calling Cards will be issued, and that charges will appear on their monthly Diners Club Statement.

If your Diners Club Corporate Card program has individually billed accounts, all charges on the newly issued AT&T Calling Cards will appear on your travelers' Diners Club statements. If your Diners Club accounts are centrally billed, travelers will see no charges on their statements.
