Primary and Full Value Rental Car Collision/Loss Damage Insurance7*
The Diners Club program provides automatic primary full-value coverage worldwide, any time the entire cost of a car rental is charged to your Carte Blanche Card. To qualify, you must decline the rental agency's collision damage waiver (CDW), thereby saving you up to $16 per rental day. The Diners Club program pays for covered damages up to the full-value of the rental car. There's usually no need to file a claim with your own insurance company, so your personal premium won't be affected.
Excess Baggage Coverage7*
Charge your airline or other common carrier ticket to your Diners Club Carte Blanche Card and automatically receive up to $1,250 excess insurance coverage* for checked and carryon luggage. This protection provides important coverage for replacement of your bags and their contents in case of loss, damage, or theft.
Travel Accident Insurance7*
Every time you charge your airline, train, or other common carrier fare to your Diners Club Carte Blanche Card, you, your spouse, and your children under the age of 19 are automatically covered by $500,000 in travel accident insurance** coverage. Coverage applies even when you're traveling on free or frequent flyer tickets - all at no additional charge.
Flight Coverage Plus7*
To receive up to $1,000,000 in Supplemental Air Travel Accident Insurance, Carte Blanche Cardmembers can enroll in Flight Coverage Plus***. This program also provides up to $150,000 in 24-hour Door-To-Door Travel Accident Insurance and up to $500 per ticket in Trip Cancellation, Interruption, and Airline Bankruptcy Insurance. Enrollment is free and participating Cardmembers are automatically billed an economical fee when they charge scheduled airline tickets to their Carte Blanche Card.
