1. Complimentary companion ticket offer is valid only for Corporate Carte Blanche Cardmembers and Personal Carte Blanche Primary Cardmembers and is non-transferable.



2. Carte Blanche Cardmembers are entitled to unlimited access to this benefit throughout their Membership year.



3. Companion tickets on British Airways are available with the purchase of a full fare, round-trip, ticket in FIRST^SM, Club World^SM and World Traveller Plus^SM levels originating from the U.S. or Canada to the UK and then beyond.

4. The purchased ticket may not be combined with any promotional fares, coupons, seat sales, special or corporate discounts, consolidator tickets, infant or senior citizen discounts, travel agent discounts, or wholesale tickets.



5. Purchased tickets may not be bought with Club Rewards points or BA Miles. However, purchased tickets are eligible for Club Rewards points and BA Miles.



6. Cardmembers must be enrolled in the British Airways Executive Club Frequent Flyer Program.



7. Purchased tickets must be bought with the Diners Club Carte Blanche Card.



8. The primary passenger and the companion must travel on the same itinerary and class of travel with no exceptions. Reservations for both passengers must be booked in the same Passenger Name Record (PNR) and tickets must be issued at the same time. Date or routing changes are subject to applicable fare rules and space availability. Additional collections and service charges may apply in pricing for new routing requests. Single open jaws and stopovers may be permitted but are subject to applicable fare rules.



9. Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. No extensions are permitted.



10. Tickets must be purchased at least 5 business days before travel for corporate Cardmembers and at least 7 business days before travel for personal Cardmembers. All bookings are subject to availability.



11. Itinerary must include a Saturday night stay. Inventory on some flights may not be available until several weeks prior to departure. Inventory may be limited or unavailable on certain flights.



12. All travel reservations must be made through the Carte Blanche Personal Service Representative.



13. Cardmember must pay applicable taxes on companion tickets.



14. Refunds are allowable, provided fare rules are met, on the purchased ticket only and must be accompanied by the unused companion ticket. Companion tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value. However, when applicable, taxes and fees may be refunded.



15. Diners Club and British Airways reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time upon reasonable notice.
