| Choose from the following message types using CitiAlert: |

| For your checking and savings accounts: |
|
- Citi banking account credit - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of an incoming payments in excess of CZK 500 to your Citi banking accounts.
- Debit CitiCard transaction - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of your debit CitiCard transactions in excess of CZK 500.*
- Citi banking account debit - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of outgoing transactions in excess of CZK 500 from your selected Citi banking accounts.
- Failed standing order in your checking account - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you if a standing order previously set up in your selected Citi checking accounts fails to be processed.
- Direct debit / SIPO from the checking account not processed - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you if a direct debit or SIPO payment fails to be processed in your selected Citi checking accounts.

| For your time deposits: |
|
- Time deposit maturity date approaching - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that the maturity date for your time deposit is approaching.
- Time deposit renewal - an e-mail will inform you that your time deposit has been renewed.

| For your credit card: |
|
- Credit card transactions - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of your Citi credit card transactions in excess of CZK 500.
- Balance approaching the credit limit - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that the balance on your Citi credit card has reached 90% of your total credit limit.
- Overview of credit card balance - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that a statement displaying the most important information about your Citi credit card is now available.
- Current balance on your credit card - an SMS or an e-mail will regularly inform you of the current balance on your credit card and the remaining amount of credit available.
- Confirmation of receipt of credit card bill payment - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that your credit card bill payment has been recorded in your Citi credit card account.
