| To obtain the CitiPůjčka for doctors and dentists, the applicant must: |
|
- live and work in the Czech Republic
- be above 30 years of age
- have a net monthly income of CZK 15,000 or moreWith a co-applicant, the minimum net monthly income is CZK 15,000. Together with the co-applicant, the net monthly income must be at least CZK 20,000..
- be a self-employed doctor or dentist or the owner of a company (business partner with investment) working in the healthcare industry

Proof of identity: |

Czech citizens: |
|

- personal ID card or passport
|
|
|
EU citizens (+ citizens of Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein): |
|
|
- personal ID card or passport from their country
- a permanent residence permit for the CR
|
|
|
Citizens of other countries: passport from their country and a permanent residence permit for the CR. |

Certification of income |
|
|
You may use one of the following options to certify your income: |
|
|
- Copy of University Diploma
- a Statement of Earnings form, signed by your employer; the form can be found here
- payroll slips for the last two months
- your latest personal tax return
- pension certificate + confirmation of pension received (a copy of the postal slip or a checking account statement) + one of the three options listed above to confirm the income of working pensioners

| How much can I borrow? |
|
| The minimum amount of the loan is CZK 30,000 and the maximum is CZK 600,000. Many factors influence the amount that will be lent to an applicant. We recommend filling out the online form available here. We'll contact you by phone and give you more information about CitiPůjčka options. |

| How much interest do I pay on the loan? |
|
| There are several interest rate bands. The actual figure depends on the amount of the loan and the repayment period selected. We recommend using the online calculator above. | Do I have to come to the bank to get the loan? |
|
| No, you don't. You can simply fill out an easy online form here. We'll call you and tell you what to do to get the loan easily and quickly and without coming in to one of our branches. You don't even have to open a checking account at Citibank. |

| How long does it take to process the loan? |
|
| The processing is very quick. Within three business days of the time the bank receives the necessary documents (filled out and signed), we'll let you know if the loan was approved and for what amount. |
