| How to save on O2 services |
|
- Each month, your O2 phone bill will be paid automatically using your O2 Citi credit card. At the same time, if you use the card at least once in the given month, you will get a discount on these charges. The discount will be listed in your regular credit card statement.
- Did you know you can get additional discounts by paying your O2 landline, O2 Internet, or O2 TV using your credit card, or by paying the O2 bill of any of your family members? Simply call the O2 customer line or visit an O2 shop and ask to set up additional direct debit payments using your O2 Citi credit card.

| How to pay your O2 Credit Card bill? |
|
| There are several simple options available: |
|
- Permanent Direct Debit - don't worry about due dates or minimum payments – we'll take care of that for you free of charge. Simply activate the service via CitiPhone at 233 062 222. The Direct Debit payment will be sent to account number 8444444100/2600.
- Bank transfer from your checking account (at a branch, online, etc.) at any bank operating in the Czech Republic. The account number and variable symbol are listed in your statement.
- Via Citibank Online banking or the CitiPhone line if you have a Citibank account.
- Through the postal check enclosed with your statement.
- Payment in cash at any of our branches - paid service, free of charge for Citigold clients.

| To obtain a Citi credit card, the following, among other criteria, must be met: |

- minimum net monthly income of CZK 12,000
- above 21 years of age
- employed or businessperson

- other ID (e.g., a driver's licence, health insurance card, birth certificate, etc.)

| How does automatic payment of an O2 bill using a credit card work? |
|
| Each month, Telefónica O2 sends a request for Direct Debit from your credit card. If there is enough money available on the card, the Direct Debit will be paid automatically. To get the discount for having paid your O2 bill by direct debit, you simply have to use the card for at least one vendor payment, ATM withdrawal, or top up of a prepaid O2 card. |

| How to make sure other invoices are also paid automatically |
|
| If you would like to pay for other O2 bills using your O2 Citi credit card, simply contact O2 and ask for Direct Debit to be set up from your O2 Citi card. This way, you can pay your family's O2 bills and get discounts for their O2 services as well. |

| How do you set up Direct Debit from a credit card? |
|
| As soon as your credit card application is approved, Direct Debit for the card is set up automatically. The next O2 bill will already be paid for using your credit card. This payment will appear on your regular monthly credit card statement. |

| What do I have to do to be eligible for discounts? |
|
| The discount for O2 bills paid for using Direct Debit from your card is applied if you use the card in the given period at least once for a vendor purchase, ATM withdrawal, or credit top-up for any O2 prepaid telephone. |
