| What are Citi Life Premiums and how are they used? |
|
| Citi Life Premiums are added to your Citi Life Premium account. For each purchase you get 2% of the amount paid in the form of Citi Life Premiums. Moreover, if you use your Citi Life Metropole credit card within 30 days of your application being approved, you'll receive a reward of 250 Citi Life Premiums that will be automatically credited to your Citi Life Premium account. |

| Then it's up to you to decide how to use the Citi Life Premiums. Simply call our CitiPhone customer line at 233 062 222. According to the Benefit Program, Citi Life Premiums may be used as follows: |

- Exchange for a voucher for purchases in Metropole Zličín: you may redeem 500 or 1 000 Citi Life Premiums that you exchange for a Metropole voucher for purchases in Metropole Zličín, with a nominal value of CZK 500 or CZK 1 000. Metropole vouchers may be used at all Metropole shops to purchase goods and services, or pay for all kinds of entertainment or in the restaurants of Metropole Zličín. - Use the Premiums to cover the annual card maintenance fee: the amount redeemed is 500 Citi Life Premiums and corresponds to the annual maintenance fee with a nominal value of CZK 600.

| Citi Life Premiums that are not used roll over to the next period and are valid for 36 months after the date they were credited. |
