What is the difference between a credit card and a debit card? |
| A debit card is a key to your money and you can only spend as much money as you have in your account. A credit card, in contrast, represents (as its name suggests) credit or a loan that the bank extends to you. You may use it as you see fit, and after receiving the monthly statement you can decide whether to pay back the balance gradually in installments or pay the full balance amount at once. In the latter case, you get credit free of charge during the whole period. |

Do I have to have an account with Citibank to be able to pay with the Citi credit card? |
| The Citi credit card is not linked to a current account and works completely independently. The credit card is only associated with a card account whose number you can see in your monthly statement. The card account to your credit card is opened automatically and only serves as a technical account for the settlement of transactions made by the credit card. Of course, you may also open a Citibank current account for regular transaction purposes. |
When will I get my credit card? |
| Once we receive your application and all the necessary documents, you will get your Citi credit card by mail within two weeks (as a regular letter) if your application is approved. You may check the processing status of your credit card application at any time by calling our info line at 233 062 666. |

How can I dispute something on my statement? |
| If you do not agree with the amount, currency, or the entire transaction displayed in your statement, check the transaction against your receipts and contact the CitiPhone line at 233 062 222 within 20 days of the date on your statement. |
