| Introducing Citi Mobile - comprehensive banking for smartphones |

On 1 October, we introduced the Citi Mobile application, available for all mobile phones connected to the Internet. Citi Mobile is a full-featured mobile banking solution, provided free of charge.
The application can run on the Android, iPhone, and Java (Nokia) platforms, as well as on other platforms and mobile phones in a web browser.
This solution can track transactions in a checking account, make quick payments, open a time deposit with a preferential interest rate, list current exchange rates, or find the nearest ATM.

| New offer of 3D Secure online payments also for Citi debit cards |
|
|
3D Secure is a new standard in security when making purchases online. As of December 2011, we are offering activation of the 3D Secure service for Citi debit cards, free of charge.
Cards issued after 1 November 2011 have the service activated automatically. For cards issued before 1 November 2011, the 3D Secure service can be activated free of charge at any time via an online form or the CitiPhone line.

| Corporate customers' pricelists change valid from December 1, 2011 |

| DECEMBER 1, 2011 | | | Dear customer, we would like to inform you that the Citibank Corporate customers' pricelists will be changed, effective as of December 1st, 2011. The main changes consist in the area of cash transactions and, in the case of large company customers, also in the area of paper payment instructions and account statements delivered via mail. Current versions of pricelists are available at Citibank branches, upon request from Customer Service representative, or in appropriate Corporate banking section - Large
Companies / Documents, or at Medium Companies / Pricelists or at Small Companies / Pricelists. |
