- Checking current account balances (possible without verification as well).
- Changing the TPIN code for phone banking verification and APIN for ATM withdrawals verification.
- Registration or deregistration of mobile phone for quick verification.

| For the access to the Interactive Voice Response system it is necessary for security reasons and for the faster provision of services to enter your debit card number, as well as your TPIN code. Without this information, it is unfortunately impossible to process your requests. |

| How do you register your mobile number? |

- Call CitiPhone at 233 061 567
- After entering your debit card number, you will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your TPIN security code
- The interactive voice system will then offer you the possibility of registering your mobile phone number. It is possible to register up to two telephone numbers for each account.
- Then each time you call CitiPhone from your registered mobile phone number, you will immediately be offered information regarding the balance on your main current account, without the need to input your card number or TPIN code. For all additional operations, it will be necessary to confirm your identity in the normal way.
