| Two Citibank Mobile options |
|
| Citibank Mobile is available in two options: |

- Application available online using your mobile phone's Internet browser.
- Application installed directly on your mobile phone.
- Which option to choose
- We recommend the application installed directly on your mobile phone if:
- You own a telephone running a supported platform: the Android, iPhone, Nokia (Symbian) or any phone supporting Java (J2ME) technology.
- You require a higher level of user interface.
- The application available using an Internet browser is a better choice if:
- You do not own a smartphone but use internet browser at your device..
- You have a telephone with the BlackBerry,Windows, Samsung Bada or any other operating system.
- The installed application has functional/graphical difficulties due to incompatibility with your telephone model.
