| The Citigold Lounge is located in the departures hall of Terminal 2 of Prague's Ruzyně airport. The entrance is opposite check-in counter No. 209. The Citigold Lounge is open daily from 5.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. |

| How can I use the Citigold Lounge? |
|
| The Citigold Lounge can be used prior to your departure, for business meetings, or before the arrival of your family members or business partner. |

| Can I take a guest into the Citigold Lounge? |
|
| Yes, free entry will be granted to you and to one passenger accompanying you. Each additional person pays a discounted fee of CZK 660. Children instead of the standard CZK 1200. Children up to the age of 3 may enter free of charge. |

| Can I take advantage of the free parking? |
|
| Free parking for 48 hours is available only for 1 car. If you and the person accompanying you each arrive in your own car, you will get only one free parking slot. We suggest that you travel together to the airport. The parking area is located in front of the departures hall of Terminal 2. The area is marked with a VIP sign. Due to the limited number of parking spots available, you must book parking at least 24 hours before your departure by calling 220 115 909 or 220 115 908 at any time between 5.30 a.m. and 10 p.m. |

| Take a parking ticket when you enter the car park and then exchange it for an exit parking ticket in the Citigold lounge. If you park for longer than 48 hours, you will pay CZK 500 per day. As the capacity of the car park is limited, we cannot always guarantee a parking spot. |

| Where can I take advantage of the easy check-in? |
|
| If you are only travelling with carry-on luggage and an e-ticket, you may check in directly in the lounge at the self-service check-in kiosk. An up-to-date list of airlines offering this modern form of check-in can be found here..Other luggage must be checked in at the counters in the departures hall. |
