
Don Callahan is the Head of Operations & Technology (O&T) for Citi, where he oversees Enterprise O&T and works closely with the Consumer and Institutional Clients Group O&T organizations.
Mr. Callahan's responsibilities include Citi's Technology and Operations, Data Management, Real Estate, Procurement, and Shared Services. He joined Citi in October 2007.
Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Callahan was a Managing Director and Head of Marketing Strategy for the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse.
From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Callahan was a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley, last serving as Head of Business Management for the Institutional business.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Callahan held a number of management positions at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM). His last position there was Director of Strategy for IBM Japan.
He serves on the boards of Manhattanville College and the New York Hall of Science. Mr. Callahan is also a member of the Business Committee of Metropolitan Museum of Art and is a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association.
Mr. Callahan received a B.A. in history from Manhattanville College.
