Don Callahan manages global Operations & Technology at Citi, including leadership of the Chief Infrastructure Office, which sets global standards for all technology throughout Citi, and the Digital Governance Office, which drives digital strategy across Citi's businesses.
Mr. Callahan also manages the implementation of Citi's Shared Services model, generating increased productivity by globally consolidating and optimizing common functions in to strategic locations. He is responsible for managing Citi's global real estate portfolio and for driving initiatives that leverage Citi's data assets to create value for clients and customers.
Mr. Callahan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience transforming organizations through technology. Prior to joining Citi in 2007, he held executive positions at IBM, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, where he developed and implemented client-centric technology strategies that increased productivity, enhanced client service and improved profitability.
Mr. Callahan serves on the boards of the American Red Cross of Greater New York and Manhattanville College. He is also a member of the Business Committee of Metropolitan Museum of Art and is a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association.
