By Mail

You can pay your Citi™ MasterCard® bill by mail. Send your payment to the address listed on the front of your statement.

• Allow sufficient time for your payment to reach our processing centre
• Enclose your cheque or money order. No cash or foreign currency please (except for Citi U.S. Dollar MasterCards)
• Include your account number on the front of your cheque or money order
• Please do not staple or tape your cheque to the payment stub
• Please be sure the Citi MasterCard address appears in the window of your envelope
