At Your Bank

You can pay your Citi™ MasterCard® bill at almost any bank. That's because we've added a special number on your statement that will allow a teller to process your payment just like a utility or cable bill. It's that easy!

Just take your complete Citi MasterCard statement to the teller at your financial institution.

This payment option is not available for Citi US$ MasterCard accounts. To pay your Citi US$ MasterCard account, we recommend to pay either through CitiPay™ or by mail.

ABM

There are two ways to pay your Citi MasterCard bill at your bank's ABM:

1. Contact your bank to add your Citi MasterCard account to the list of companies you regularly pay via their ABM; or

2. Insert the top portion of your Citi MasterCard account statement into an envelope and pay it like you would any other bill.
