CitiPay® - Pre-Authorized Payment

CitiPay is a direct debit option, that offers you the easiest, most convenient way to make your bill payments on time, every time. Each month we'll withdraw the amount you choose from your chequing account and apply it to your Citi™ MasterCard® account on the due date.

Choose one of three payment options:

• total minimum due
• total balance due
• a fixed amount

You can also request additional direct debit payments any time during the month or change your payment option by calling Citi MasterCard Customer Care. Unscheduled additional direct debit payments usually take 3 business days to process and will appear as a payment on your next MasterCard statement.

Please note for Citi US$ MasterCard account, please ensure that your chequing account is a US$ denominated account at a Canadian Financial Institution.
