A: Once we have successfully completed our verification procedures and you have returned your initial deposit and completed signature card, your account will be ready for you to use. Seven to ten days after you submit your application, you will receive in separate mailers, a Citibank® Banking Card and PIN to access your account at ATMs and through Citibank® Online.
