In consideration of Citibank, N.A Bahrain (hereinafter called the ''Bank'') agreeing to make available the Online Service (as hereinafter defined as the 'Service) to all members of Citibank Visa Card/Emirates-Citibank Credit Card (hereinafter called the ''Customer''), the Customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

01) The Customer hereby authorizes the Bank to accept instructions given to the Bank through the Bank's Online Service to debit the Customer's Citibank Credit Card Account to pay the designated communication service provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain for internet, telephone, fax and mobile bills and the Ministry of Water and Electricity bills.

02) The Customer agrees that the usage of the Service by a person who identifies himself/herself as being the Customer shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence of the confirmation of the Customer to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding that the Customer has not signed these Terms and Conditions or purports that he/she never used the Service. The Bank shall be under no obligation to verify genuineness of such means of payment or the identity or the authority of the payee.

03) The Customer agrees that the Bank's records of the transaction processed by this Service will be final and binding and that the Customer shall not later deny the validity of the transactions made using this Service.

04) Upon the Bank's recital of an approval number as confirmation of receipt of the telephonic instructions, the Customer agrees that he/she cannot thereafter dispute or reverse the transaction and / or any consequence(s) thereof.

05) The Customer accepts that this Service may not be available at certain times in the month and the customer agrees that in such circumstances, the Customer shall make the payment to the designated communication service provider and the Ministry of Electricity and Water directly and that the Customer shall not hold the Bank liable for non-provision of this Service.

06) The Customer accepts that payments being made using this Service may take up to three (3) working days from receipts of online instructions to be credited to their designated communication service provider and Ministry of Electricity and Water account and that any disconnection effected by the service provider or the Ministry of Electricity and Water in the interim which has not yet acknowledged the payment being using this Service shall not be a default on the part of the Bank or the designated communication service provider or the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the Bank shall have no liability to the customer respect of any consequences of non payment in the circumstances described in Paragraph 05 and Paragraph 06.

07) The Customer agrees that the Bank retains the absolute discretion not to carry out such instructions for whatever reason and that Customer shall not hold the bank liable in any way whatsoever for failing to carry out such instructions. The Customer accepts and agrees that the Bank provides this Service at the Customer's own risk and the Bank shall not held liable in any way whatsoever for non provision of the Service or failure to carry out the instructions in whole or in the part. The Customer agrees that the Bank shall not be responsible for any delay in the execution or non-executions of instructions that are in the Bank's opinion unclear or invalid or that the bank deems non-executory.

08) The Customer agrees that the Bank is under no obligation to provide a remittance advice or receipt to the Customer, representing the payment of the bill(s) and that only an approval number will be given near the end of a successful payment through the Service as confirmation of receipt of instructions.
09) The Customer accepts that the Service shall only be available to existing customers who are not delinquent and who are holding credit cards issued by Citibank Bahrain.

10) The Customer agrees to take all the necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized use of this Service and the Customer shall not disclose his/her personal details to others and the customer shall personally bear all risk and responsibility should the Customer fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Customers undertakes to notify the Bank immediately upon any unauthorized use of this Service or disclosure of any of its details to others and the Customer undertakes to confirm the same in writing.

11) The Customer hereby accept and agrees that the Bank shall not be held liable for any failure or delay or error on the part of the designated communication service provider or the Ministry of Electricity and Water's to record and effect any payment that the Customer instructs the Bank to make using this Service.

12) Should the Bank be found to be liable to the Customer or their dependent(s) by any count of law or legal proceeding for any failure to render or any error or delay in rendering this Service or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Customer hereby agrees that the maximum sum that can be awarded to him/her shall be limited to the minimum sum that the Bank shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from any discontinuation of the Utility Service or any failure on its part to carry out the Customer's instructions in whole or in part.

13) The Bank's general terms and conditions and the Credit Card membership terms and conditions, as may be changed from time to time, shall apply to this Service.
