Citibank Rewards Program is open to all Citibank Credit cardmembers of Citibank Bahrain, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer". All Citibank Credit Cards issued by Citibank Bahrain are hereinafter referred to as the "Credit Card". The Citibank Rewards Program is hereinafter referred to as the "CRP".

The purpose of the CRP is to reward the Customer for using his Credit Card. Under the CRP, the Customer earns "Points" which will be hereinafter referred to as "CitiDollars" which can be redeemed for "Rewards".

The CRP is offered exclusively to the Customer, as long as his / her Credit Card is in good standing as per Citibank's regulations. Every Customer who meets the Terms & Conditions of Credit Cards will be automatically enrolled into the CRP. Enrolment into the program is at a cost of 400 CitiDollars.

The CitiDollars under the CRP awarded to the Customer are evergreen. They do not have any expiry period.

For every BD 1 the Customer charges on his/her Credit Card, he/she will be awarded one CitiDollar. CitiDollars are awarded for retail transactions charged to the Customer's Credit Card account.

Citibank reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the ratio between (a) CitiDollars to be awarded; and (b) the specified amount charged to your Credit Card. The Customer will start earning CitiDollars from the date of start of the program announced by Citibank.

Charges to the Credit Card which are not eligible for Rewards CitiDollars include, but are not limited to, interest fees, late payment charges, finance charges, cash advances,  annual/joining cardmembership fees and retail and cash transactions made prior to the CRP launch. Citibank may add to or remove from the above list of eligible charges and transactions from time to time at its discretion. Citibank's decision as to what constitutes an eligible charge shall be final and conclusive.

CitiDollars are not transferable to any other person and/or Customer and are not exchangeable for cash or any other thing of whatsoever nature tangible or intangible, other than what is specified in this catalogue.

CitiDollars awarded to the Customer will be shown in the monthly billing statement sent to the Customer, and will be redeemable in a manner as laid out in the Citibank Cards Rewards Catalogue which will be mailed to the Customer. Only CitiDollars accumulated up to and shown in the latest issued monthly statement or such other date as determined by Citibank at its discretion will be redeemable. Details of redemption transactions in any month shall appear in the next month's statement.

CitiDollars earned by a Supplementary Customer will be credited to the Account of the Basic Customer and may be used only by the Basic Customer for redemption of Rewards.

Customers earn CitiDollars as individuals and cannot request that rewards be provided in the name of another person and/or Customer, including immediate family members.

CitiDollars accumulated under Credit Card account are only redeemable by the Customer if the Credit Card is operating (i.e. not canceled or terminated by the Customer or Citibank), is not fraudulently operated, and is current (i.e. there are no past due balances on the Credit Card).

To claim a Reward, the customer must have accumulated the required number of CitiDollars in his account(s), whether single or combined (for dual account holders).

The "Fast track" redemption option is only available at the CitiDollars and "cash" values fixed and published for specific items in the CRP Catalogue. The Credit Cards are to be used as a means to pay the balance of the Reward value or the cash portion of the redemption. Use of a Credit Card for Fast track payment will generate CitiDollars.

The cash portion of Fast track paid through Credit Cards will be reflected in the monthly billing statement as a retail transaction with the actual Reward description.

The Rewards items, which are stocked by Citibank, will be delivered within 7 working days from the day of approving the redemption request.

For the Rewards items which have to be picked up from merchants the Redemption confirmation letter authorizing the Customer to pick up the Rewards item from the relevant merchant partner will be sent within 10 working days from the date of the redemption request.

Redemption once fulfilled may not be canceled or exchanged by the Customer.

Redemption order for any Reward stated under the CRP catalogue is subject to Citibank's approval and availability of the Reward and supplier's restrictions. Citibank may without notice withdraw or substitute any Reward for another Reward of comparable value or nature.

Citibank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from further participation in the CRP, if in its sole judgment, that Customer has in any way violated the rules and conditions herein, or has violated the Terms & Conditions attached to his Credit Card. Suspension and disqualification could lead to the Customer forfeiting all the CitiDollars earned.

While Rewards offered will be of the highest quality, Citibank accepts no service liability for the Rewards offered.

Citibank gives no warranty (whether expressed or implied) whatsoever with respect to Rewards. In particular but without limitation, Citibank gives no warranty with respect to quality of Rewards or their suitability or fitness for any purpose.

Should a Reward arrive damaged or faulty, Citibank shall not be held responsible for the same.

Citibank will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred by the Customer arising out of the purchase, installation, use or otherwise of the Rewards as for any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of Citibank.

Citibank may, at any time with prior notice to the Customer, alter the number of CitiDollars, or cash contribution required to obtain a Reward or impose additional restrictions on a Reward or conditions of obtaining it.

Citibank is entitled at any time and without any prior notice or liability to the Customer in any manner whatsoever terminate CRP or cancel or vary it's benefits or features, or vary, or add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions, or withdraw the Customer from CRP, or modify or limit the value of CitiDollars and/or the manner of their redemption even though such act may diminish the value of CitiDollars already accumulated.

The CRP Catalogue and it's contents may be changed without prior notice. Citibank reserves the right to change the format or elements of CRP from time to time as appropriate without prior notice.

Citibank shall not be liable if it is unable to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, due directly or indirectly to the failure of any machinery or communication system, industrial dispute, war or act of God, or anything outside the control of the Citibank. Nor shall Citibank be responsible for any delay by the participating merchants or any third party in transmitting evidence on any Credit Card transaction.

If at any time dispute arises in connection with either the CRP or these Terms and Conditions Citibank's decision in connection with the same shall be final and binding. Citibank reserves the right to terminate the CRP without prior notice.
