Redeeming your CitiDollars is very simple.
Follow these easy steps to get your Citibank Rewards.

1. First you need to know the number of CitiDollars in your account. This can be found from your most recent credit card statement or you can call CitiPhone, our 24-Hours toll-free service, on 1758 2484(CITI). 

2. Now you need to decide which gift you want. Look at the Citibank Rewards Catalogue and choose your gift from a host of options available. The value of the item you desire should not exceed the number of CitiDollars you have. You can also avail yourself of the Fast Track option (if available) to get the gift of your choice for a lower number of CitiDollars. The additional amount in dinars will be debited to your credit card account.

3. After deciding the item you want call CitPhone, our 24-Hours service on 1758 2484(CITI) and indicate your request for the desired gift. 


We will send you a letter which will entitle you to collect your gift from a specified outlet.
