However, you will not earn CitiDollars on interest charges, cash advances, cash advance fees, late fees, overlimit fees, annual membership fees, return cheque fees, payments and disputed transactions.

Yes. All transactions on your supplementary cards will earn CitiDollars. These will be added to your account.

In the Rewards Catalogue you will find the gifts you can get with the number of CitiDollars indicated against each item. You just have to call CitiPhone, our 24-Hour toll-free services on 801  666 and request for the gift of your choice.

After you indicate the gift selected to our CitiPhone Officer, you will get a letter from us confirming the same. This  letter will entitle you to collect your gift from a specified outlet.

You can do this using the "Fast Track" option. When you do not have the required number of CitiDollars of a particular gift item, you can still obtain the gift. The Fast Track option enables you to get the gift with lower CitiDollars plus an additional amount which will be charged to your credit card. The CitiPhone Officer will assist you with your request.

No, CitiDollars awarded under the Citibank Rewards Program will never expire. This means you can keep collecting your CitiDollars Your CitiDollars will not expire until they are exchanged for gifts.

No. Your CitiDollars cannot be gifted to any person.

No. The gift will be sent only on your request to your address as per our records.

You can get either your full Annual Membership Fee or 50% of the Fee credited to your account. The number of CitiDollars required for this is mentioned in the Catalogue.

You cannot redeem your CitiDollars if you have not paid the minimum amount due within the due date or if your account has been closed by Citibank for credit / performance reasons.
