At Citi, we aim to be at the forefront of community service in every country we operate in, making a positive difference to not just our customers but the community on the whole, especially the underprivileged.In keeping with Citi's belief that strong financial education programs raise the quality of life for individuals, families and institutions and strengthen communities around the world, Citi and the Citi Foundation announced on April 7, 2004, a 10-year, $200 million commitment to financial education. The commitment will support financial education programs in the nearly 100 countries where the company operates around the world. Citi also announced the formation of an Office of Financial Education and a global initiative designed to encourage its 275,000 employees to support financial education and other charitable causes by granting a day off work to volunteer for a non-profit organization. |

| In Bahrain, our various activities and programs are conceived and developed to cater to the specific needs of the people of Bahrain. By identifying opportunities, we proactively help the community through sponsorship of education based programs and contribution to various charitable events, including participation in blood donation camps. |
